Questions labels ask before their first order
What is your minimum order quantity?
10 pieces per design. This lets new labels test a design before ordering larger quantities.
How long does a sample take?
5 days from an approved design and fabric. Sampling is a separate, paid service.
Do I need a tech pack to start?
No. Send a reference image, sketch or garment, and our designer will create the tech pack with you.
What do you make?
Women's wear and kids' wear, including kurtis and kurta sets, co-ord sets, dresses and tops, ethnic and festive sets, frocks, casual sets and kids' ethnic wear. Send a reference and we'll confirm whether we can make it.
Can I send my own fabric?
Yes. We record the fabric we receive and share a reconciliation of fabric used and returned at the end of every order.
Will you help with fabric sourcing?
Yes. You can send your own fabric or ask us to source it for you.
How much does production cost?
Price depends on the design, fabric, quantity and finishing. Send your reference on WhatsApp for a written quote before any work starts.
How will I know how my order is going?
We send photo updates on WhatsApp at cutting, stitching, checking and packing.
Do you work with labels outside Tamil Nadu?
Yes. We work with labels across India and ship finished orders to you.
Do you work with export buyers?
Yes. We're open to enquiries from labels in Malaysia, Singapore and the UAE. Email or WhatsApp us with your requirements.
