Zaph Attire offers four services for fashion labels: design development, sampling, small-batch production and consulting. Most labels start with design and a sample, then move to production once the fit is right. Every job starts with a written quote.
What is it?
Turning your idea into a tech pack a production floor can follow.
You send a reference — a screenshot, a sketch, a garment you like. Our designer works out construction, measurements, size chart, fabric and trims, and writes it up as a tech pack you keep.
Good for: first-time founders without a technical background.
How long does a sample take?
5 days from approved design and fabric.
Sampling is a separate, paid service. You get a finished garment to check fit, finish and fabric before committing to a run. Changes are made before production, not after.
What's the minimum order?
10 pieces per design.
We cut, stitch, check, finish and pack your order, and send photo updates at each stage. Work with your fabric or ask us to source it. Start small, see what sells, reorder what works.
Help with the decisions around production: costing a garment, choosing fabric, planning a first collection, and getting ready to scale.
Send a reference and we'll confirm whether we can make it.
A reference image or sketch, your target sizes, and a rough quantity. That's enough for a first conversation.
