From a reference image to finished garments, in 7 steps
Working with Zaph takes seven steps: share your idea, get a quote, we build the tech pack, make a sample in 5 days, you approve it, we produce from 10 pieces per design, then check, pack and dispatch. You get photo updates at every stage.

Send a reference image, sketch or garment on WhatsApp, with sizes and rough quantity.

Get a written quote.
We confirm what we'll make, the cost and the timeline before any work starts.

Tech pack.
Our designer writes up measurements, construction, fabric and trims.

Sample in 5 days.
A finished garment for you to check fit and finish.

Approve.
Request changes or approve. Production only starts after your sign-off.

Production.
Cutting, stitching and finishing, with photos sent at each stage.

Check, pack, dispatch.
Every piece is checked before packing. You receive a fabric reconciliation showing fabric received, used and returned.
Your fabric, accounted for
The most common worry with a new manufacturer is fabric going missing. We record fabric in, track what's cut, and share the balance with you at the end of every order.
